The Charities Property Fund is a joint venture between Rensburg Sheppards Investment Management and Cordea Savills Fund Management.
Rensburg Sheppards has been helping charities manage their investments for more than 70 years and currently looks after over 400 charities with investments in excess of £750 million.
As well as charities, Rensburg Sheppards provides investment management services to private clients, family trusts and pensions and has total assets under management of around £5 billion. The Rensburg Sheppards Group is an independent fund management company quoted on the London Stock Exchange with eleven offices nationwide and with over £10 billion of client funds under management.
Mayflower Management Company Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Rensburg Sheppards, is responsible for the management and administration of The Charities Property Fund.
